1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing and using the Pin Pal Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Extension.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Extension for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use the content of the Extension. Additionally, you agree not to create another extension that is similar to or competes with Pin Pal.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Extension for any unlawful purpose or in any way that might harm, damage, or disparage any other party. You also agree not to interfere with the operation of the Extension or the servers or networks used to make the Extension available.

5. Modifications to the Extension
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Extension or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.

The Extension is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Extension; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Extension; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Extension by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Extension; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.
9. Governing Law
